Group management

		President of the Management Board – Marcin Szymański Marcin Szymański is 37 years of age. In 1999 he graduated from the University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics. After graduation he commenced employment in the company TELE-FONIKA KFK S.A. holding managerial positions, among others the position of the Director of the TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A Department of Development and Investments and in the period from 7 November 2007 to the end of 2008 – Vice-president of the Management Board for Production and Development Affairs. On 2 November 2010 he was appointed to the post of a Director for Production Affairs, and from 1 February 2011 he became the President of the Management Board of the Company TELE-FONIKA Kable.
		Vice-president of the Management Board for Financial Affairs – Bartłomiej Zgryzek Bartłomiej Zgryzek is 34 years of age. In 2001 he graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Economics. In TELE-FONIKA Group he has been working since 2001 holding managerial positions in financial section. In the years 2005-2008 he held the position of the Vice-president of the Management Board in TELE-FONIKA Kable Handel S.A. After consolidation and transformations in TELE-FONIKA Group he held the position of a Director of the Department of Treasury. On 1 April 2010 Bartłomiej Zgryzek was appointed to the post of a Vice-president of the Management Board for Financial Affairs of the Company.
		Vice-president of the Management Board for Sales Affairs – Ryszard Pilch Ryszard Pilch is 43 years of age, he graduated from the Agricultural University of Cracow, Faculty of Environmental Engineering. He has been working in the Company since 1993. Since 1999 he has been a member of KFK S.A. Management Board. From 2007 he was a President of the Management Board of the newly-formed company TELE-FONIKA Kable Handel S.A. In November 2008 he was appointed a Vice-president of the Management Board of TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. for Sales Affairs, responsible for the sales on the Polish market. In April 2008 after the merger of the companies TELE-FONIKA Kable Handel S.A. and TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A., he becomes the President of the Management Board of a new company TELE-FONIKA Kable Handel S.A., and then TELE-FONIKA Kable Sp. z o.o. S.K.A.
		Vice-president of the Managing Board for the affairs of Production, Quality, Technology and Development – Jan Wieluński Jan Wieluński is 68 years of age, he is the graduate from Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics. His professional career began in 1967 in Bydgoska Fabryka Kabli, where in the years 1992-2000 he was a Managing Director. Then, after the inclusion of BFK in the structure of Elektrim Kable S.A. he became the First Vice-president of the Management Board of Elektrim Kable and a Deputy of a General Director for the affairs of Technology and Development. After taking over Elektrim Kable S.A. by TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A., from 1 January 2002 he became the First Deputy of the President of the Management Board for Production and Development and on 1 July 2002 he was appointed to the post of the President of the Management Board of TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. which he held until 7 April 2003. On 4 October 2010 Jan Wieluński was appointed to the post of a Vice-president of the Management Board for the affairs of Production, Quality, Technology and Development.
