THE INTEGRATED POLICY OF QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT OF TELE-FONIKA KABLE Sp. z o.o. S.K.A.

Tele-Fonika Kable Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. is one of the largest European manufacturers of cables and wires. It is a recognized and trusted provider of products to the world's leading companies in the telecommunications, energy, electronics, shipbuilding, mining, and automotive industries.

The aim of the company is to fully satisfy the needs and expectations of the customers, to continue to strengthen our position in the market, and to create such conditions that our activity will be environmentally friendly, corresponding with regulations and accepted by the local society.

The established Policy of Quality and Environment is realized through:

• Production and the distribution of products that meet the requirements in terms of quality, protection of the environment, and occupational health and safety.
• Meeting of customers’ specific requirements and legal requirements as well as confidentiality of information.
• Directing the attention of all employees to the importance of meeting customer requirements.
• Reinforcing the company's image as a reliable, prompt_, supplier who is leading partner business contacts.
• Raising the qualifications of the employees and their awareness so that each of them understands the importance of their work and feels responsible for their impact on the environment, and for the continuous improvement of the quality of their work.
• Use and development of new technologies and environmentally friendly materials and raw-materials.
• The efficient and economical use of energy and water.
• Conducting rational and environmentally safe waste management.
• The reduction and prevention of pollution.
• Continuous efforts to improve the Quality and Environment Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, with the specification ISO/TS 16949:2009 and the ISO 14001:2004 standard.

    The Management Board of Tele-Fonika Kable ensures that the policy is understood and implemented; it is publicly available to all who are interested, and declares the use of adequate resources within its available means to implement policy are provided so that all employees are fully involved in achieving the objectives.
