Valid standards

We continuously monitor changes in national and international regulations related to the production of cables and wires. Within our organisation we have research and development and process departments, as well as our innovative Fire Testing Laboratory equipped with inspection and measuring tools. We are certified in all areas of operation, including the design, production, storage and delivery of products. We conduct hundreds of performance tests every year and have our designs tested by third party certification bodies. This ensures our products meet the highest possible standards and comply with legal requirements.

Competences and experience of employees

We continually invest in the training and development our employees. We constantly improve and update our processes, implement new codes of conduct, and ensure our experts are equipped with the appropriate competences, permits and certification.

Sustained development

The health and safety of our employees is our greatest priority. We enforce secure operating procedures at each stage of the manufacturing process. We are also careful to ensure a healthy work-life balance and working environment. We have been implementing environmentally friendly technologies and our Cable Waste Recycling Plant in Bukowno has a recycling capacity up to ca. 10,000 tonnes of cable waste per year. This means that certain materials can be recycled at a purity level of over 99.5%.
