General Terms of Agreements

The General Terms and Conditions of Agreements are applied to delivery agreements or agreements on sale of cables, cable accessories offered or produced by TELE-FONIKA Kable S.A. in Myślenice, address: ul. Hipolita Cegielskiego 1, 32-400 Myślenice, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, Department XII of the National Court Register with number KRS [National Court Register No.] 0000491666, REGON [National Register of Economic Units No.] 270543582, NIP [Tax Identification No.] 626 000 43 86, with a share capital of 759 000 000 PLN paid in full, concluded with contractors who are entrepreneurs, as well as in terms of storage services provided by the Supplier to the Recipient.
