TELE-FONIKA Kable SA present the fire integrity Flame-X 950 product range
This is an industry event that connects global markets for fire protection and security, as well as access to the latest technologies for specialists and innovative solutions suppliers.
This year, TELE-FONIKA Kable SA will present the fire integrity Flame-X 950 product range; cables that are specifically designed for use in high rise and complex public buildings, to facilitate the effective rescue operation through the continued function of fire detection and alarm systems, smoke extraction, fire suppressant and emergency lighting systems.

Firex International is as annual industry networking event organized to promote the knowledge sharing of fire detection, fire protection and security solutions. During the three day event, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in seminars, as well as discussion panels, or visit stands of international companies dedicated to the fire protection and safety industry.
TELE-FONIKA Kable implemented the product development to provide a range of cables to meet the exacting testing requirements for life safety cables. As a result of this research and development, several hundred flammability tests were carried out at our Fire Testing Laboratory in Cracow. These development cables were submitted to further testing to confirm their fire performance by third party authorized certification bodies. As a result of this testing, an extensive range of cables and wires produced by TELE-FONIKA have been assessed and certified for their reaction to fire class, smoke emission, corrosive gases and burning droplets. Additionally, they were categorized taking into account their application and the method of their use in construction objects, i.e. commercial, civil and industrial buildings with regard to the preservation of life and fire safety.
- „Furthermore, cables from Flame-X 950 range are produced with the use of advanced LSOH sheathing materials and cross-linked insulation types. As a result, these halogen free and low smoke emission properties, significantly increasing safety during the event of a fire. The XLPE insulation enables the safe operation of cable at a working conductor temperature of up to 900C. Despite the generally accepted opinion that fire is the main cause of death, it is usually the smoke that is responsible (directly or indirectly) for the death of over 50% of fire victims. These factors were crucial during the design of cables from Flame-X 950 range in TELE-FONIKA Kable SA laboratories and production plants” – says Wojciech Skoczylas, Sales Director – UK Region
Cables from Flame – X 950 range are designed to continue to conduct electricity and electrical data during a fire, specifically where increased fire protection is required - in shopping centres, hospitals, public buildings, stadia and entertainment arenas.
