SALES SPECIALIST – EXPORT, ROMANIA
Place of work: Slatina, Romania
The person employed in this position will join the Sales Team - Southern Europe market.
Job description:
- implementation of the assumed sales plan together with
our Key Account Manager on the Romanian market
- building business relationships with current customers and acquiring new ones
- sales reporting
- developing commercial offers in the CRM system
- price analysis and compliance with the market pricing policy in consultation
with Product Managers and Sales Managers
- coordination of inter-departmental arrangements regarding the prepared offers
- preparing price calculations for projects, offers, price list comparisons and orders
- preparing tender documentation, analysing the terms of cooperation
with clients, price analysis
- development of security and settlement of metals to the orders
- analysis and settlement of bonuses/discounts for customers
- developing data for forecasts and sales plans
- punctuality and work according to the company's internal procedures
Requirements:
- very good knowledge of English and Romanian - a necessary condition
(working with documents in English and Romanian and direct contact with clients)
- strong customer focus, results orientation and the ability to work effectively
within strictly defined sales goals and budgets
- analytical skills
- proficient use of a computer, in particular MS Office (Excel)
- sense of responsibility for the timely implementation of assigned tasks
- ability to cope with difficult situations, work under time pressure, independence
in performing tasks; ability to work in a group
- experience with SAP and CRM will be an additional advantage
